Helping you build a bridge from brokenness to peace.
Hi, I’m Larisa! I’m so glad you’re here.
Life doesn’t always unfold the way we imagined. Sometimes we find ourselves in seasons of uncertainty, disconnection, or change, trying to make sense of who we are, where we’re going, and how to find peace in the middle of it all. At Delta Therapy Practices, I believe there is hope even in the hardest and heaviest seasons of life. The word delta represents the space between where we are and where we long to be. My heart is to help you navigate that space, build a bridge toward healing, and discover a more grounded, connected, and peaceful way forward.
I work with adolescents ages 13 and older, adults, couples, and women navigating life’s many transitions. Whether you’re working through identity development, relationship challenges, motherhood, career changes, emotional struggles, or a season that simply feels overwhelming, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to understanding your unique story. Together, we will create space for honest reflection, continuous empathic inquiry, and meaningful growth—without judgment or the pressure to have everything figured out.
My work integrates research-informed, evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Christian-based counseling modalities. With training in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I help couples better understand their patterns of communication, navigate conflict with greater compassion, rebuild trust, and strengthen the friendship and emotional connection at the heart of their relationship. For individuals seeking faith-centered care, I also offer a space where Christian faith, biblical wisdom, and prayer can be incorporated into the therapeutic process in a way that honors your beliefs and values.
Whether you meet with me in person or online, my goal is to offer a supportive, compassionate space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Therapy isn't about fixing everything overnight or becoming someone you're not. It's about understanding yourself more deeply, developing tools that serve you, and finding hope in the places that feel broken or uncertain.
You don't have to stay where you are simply because you don't know how to get where you want to be. There is room for healing, connection, and change. I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you begin building your bridge toward peace.
Take the first step by scheduling a free consultation. I'd love to meet you.
